The Fedcap Group (TFG) is seeking a transformational and highly strategic SVP, Enterprise Applications & Digital Platforms to architect and lead the next generation of enterprise systems, software platforms, and data capabilities. This executive role is instrumental in enabling operational excellence, mission alignment, and scalable growth across TFG’s international network. This is a 100% remote position.

Reporting to the CIO, the SVP will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Operations Practice Area Heads to integrate and optimize a vast ecosystem of systems and data. They will guide modernization efforts, support compliance, and ensure that TFG has the infrastructure and insights to continue its aggressive growth and community impact.

With three key direct reports—the Head of Systems, Head of Software Engineering, and Head of Data & Analytics—the SVP will oversee a distributed team across the globe. The team will deliver enterprise services in systems support, analytics, digital modernization, and strategic technology planning.

Goals of the Position

  • Enable Enterprise Modernization & Integration
    Lead a comprehensive modernization program that unifies The Fedcap Group’s enterprise systems, streamlines an ecosystem of hundreds of vendors, and consolidates legacy tools into scalable and modular platforms.
  • Build Enterprise-wide Analytics as a Core Capability
    Establish a centralized analytics and data services function, powering real-time, actionable insights across all business units and geographies. Standardize reporting frameworks and KPIs to support consistent measurement of impact, financial performance, and operational outcomes.
  • Advance Strategic IT Alignment & Transformation
    Align the systems and analytics roadmap with TFG’s global IT strategy, enabling scalability. Drive initiatives that improve compliance, support M&A integrations, and strengthen digital delivery across both corporate services and program operations.
  • Deliver Enterprise Services that Drive Measurable Value
    Provide cross-cutting services in system lifecycle management, integration, analytics operations, and IT planning. Demonstrate cost efficiency, service-level reliability, and business unit adoption as core success measures.
  • Accelerate Innovation & Emerging Technology Adoption
    Lead pilots in AI, RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, and predictive analytics to transform how TFG delivers services, while balancing innovation with regulatory and security requirements.
  • Cultivate a High-Performing Global Team & Culture
    Build and empower a global, distributed leadership structure under Systems, Software Engineering, and Data & Analytics. Foster a culture of systems thinking, agile innovation, and accountability to enterprise outcomes.


Qualifications

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • ITIL, PMP, and/or governance certifications preferred.

Professional Experience

  • 15+ years in technology leadership roles, including 7+ years in senior executive capacity.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise system implementations, SaaS lifecycle management, and data platform architecture.
  • Oversight of Systems, Software Engineering, and Data & Analytics teams 
  • Delivering enterprise services in systems support, analytics, digital modernization, and strategic technology planning.
  • Experience managing international and distributed teams and vendors.

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle Cloud ecosystem, Microsoft Azure, Data Visualization Platforms, Data Warehousing Platforms, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern API toolkits.
  • Fluency in integrating and managing analytics platforms and data services across diverse systems.
  • Track record in enabling digital modernization and scalable service design.

Leadership & Communication

  • Collaborative, empowering leadership style with a commitment to user-centered service.
  • Adept at communicating with executive leadership, board members, and funding partners.
  • Excellent change management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.


100% REMOTE - MUST WORK EASTERN TIME ZONE HOURS

Total compensation - $200,000 - $250,000 (all in)
