Minty is seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead the marketing organization through a period of rapid growth, brand evolution, and product expansion. This executive will own the ecosystem marketing strategy across Minty Business — our suite of B2B tools that drive online customer acquisition — and Minty Shopping, our shopper-facing network.

The SVP of Marketing will oversee brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, sales enablement, and integrated go-to-market execution. This role is critical to building a cohesive Minty brand, marketing team, accelerating shopper acquisition and engagement, and fueling business growth through coordinated, cross-channel execution.

Who We Are

Minty is a modern ecommerce platform built to create better outcomes for both businesses and shoppers. We help businesses answer shopper questions, prevent lost revenue, and recover missed opportunities — while growing and engaging a trusted shopper network through Minty.com.

We recently unified our products and brand to create a flywheel between business growth and shopper value. Our next phase requires a senior marketing leader who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a complex ecosystem — aligning brand, demand generation, shopper acquisition, and go-to-market execution into one cohesive strategy.

We value curiosity, clarity, data-driven decision-making, and ownership. We move fast, test often, and expect leaders to build systems that scale beyond themselves.

Who You Are

You are a senior marketing leader who thrives in complexity and turns ambiguity into action. You have experience operating across multiple audiences and growth motions and understand how brand, demand generation, and network effects work together to drive durable business outcomes.

You are comfortable influencing without direct authority and partnering closely with revenue, product, and operations leaders. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are energized by building and scaling a unified marketing engine — not just running campaigns.

You operate as a trusted partner to executive leadership, owning marketing outcomes end-to-end and holding yourself accountable to measurable impact.

What You Will DoMarketing & Brand Strategy
  • Own and evolve the Minty ecosystem marketing strategy across Minty Business and Minty Shopping.
  • Define and maintain brand narrative, positioning, and voice across all channels and audiences.
  • Build a cohesive brand system that supports multiple products while maintaining clarity and consistency.
  • Use customer, shopper, and market insights to refine messaging and value propositions.
Go-To-Market (GTM) & Demand Generation (Minty Business)
  • Partner with the CRO and Product teams to design and execute GTM strategies for Minty B2B and D2C products.
  • Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline generation, product launches, and sales enablement.
  • Develop integrated campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and partner channels.
  • Oversee development of sales and marketing assets that support revenue goals.
Performance Marketing, Content & Campaigns
  • Lead a strategic content program that drives demand, enables sales, and educates the market.
  • Own content strategy across blogs, email, social, thought leadership, and campaign initiatives.
  • Lead performance marketing efforts (paid media, digital acquisition) in partnership with growth teams.
  • Track and optimize key KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, and engagement.
Product Marketing
  • Lead product marketing across messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, packaging, and launches.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to ensure strong market alignment and GTM execution.
Events, Community & Social
  • Lead strategy and execution for in-person and virtual events, including conferences, launches, and customer events.
  • Align events with GTM and demand goals to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee social media strategy to grow brand presence and engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally to activate community, advocacy, and user-generated content.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small, high-impact marketing team.
  • Set clear goals, development plans, and feedback loops.
  • Hire additional talent as needed to support growth.
  • Build a collaborative, accountable marketing function.
Measurement & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Establish and report on marketing performance metrics to the CRO and senior leadership.
  • Partner with analytics teams to forecast performance and guide investment decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and wins clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally within platform, marketplace, ecommerce, or two-sided ecosystem businesses.
  • Proven success building full-funnel strategies across brand, demand generation, and performance marketing.
  • Experience driving consumer or shopper acquisition alongside B2B or revenue-focused motions.
  • Strong people leader with experience scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven operator with experience defining KPIs and optimizing spend.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator with executive presence.
  • Hands-on leader who balances strategy with execution.
