Ouro Global, Inc. is filing an application concerning the employment of an alien worker for the following permanent position with the Department of Labor. DUTIES:

Provide strategic leadership, defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap in line with business goals, financial objectives, and market opportunities. Responsible for product evolution, revolution, and delivery. Represent the customer perspective on the executive team and monitor market trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge. Drives innovation and building of new products, and enhance existing global, financial, and payment product solutions. Apply expertise to create a whole platform that is functional, useful, reachable to consumers, and ultimately, profitable. Define product requirements and communicate them to relevant teams. Ability to manage the development of a suite of mobile applications from concept to design, development, and marketing, but also display ability on the need to quickly evolve as the mobile applications landscape rapidly changes. Observe and study market to uncover unmet financial needs of society, and work to create and meet such demand. Works closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, risk, and compliance teams. Serve as key member of executive team, and advocate to gain support for product initiatives and align goals with company growth. Leading and mentoring a high-performing product team is a key responsibility, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. This includes managing resource allocation and providing professional development. Apply customer-centric approach is vital, incorporating user research, data, and feedback into development. Defines and monitors KPIs for product success, adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Manage risk and compliance, ensuring products adhere to financial regulations. Elevate corporate profile. Apply knowledge of digital applications, technology systems, marketing, regulatory environments, and building teams in the payment industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field, plus ten (10) years in fintech product leadership. Also required:

i. Experience managing highly-experienced team and a proven track record of execution.

ii. History of successful product launches and scaling.
