Job Description

Job Title: System Analyst

Location :Austin, TX

Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills:

• 8 Years of Strong experience with MS Word, MS Excel

• 8 Years of experience in supporting large program management initiatives to ensure adherence with project management frameworks, policies, and standards

• 8 Years of experience in writing and presenting status reports

• 8 Years of excellent communication skills both written and oral with all levels of staff

• 8 Years of experience in Strong client negotiation and demonstrated consulting skills

• 8 Years of experience in Strong facilitation skills, especially across an audience of technical and non-technical audience members.Must be able to prioritize and deal with many competing requests while completing ongoing work, and must maintain a cooperative, stable and customer-service oriented demeanor. Attention to detail is critical.

• 6 Years of experience with MS Visio

• 6 Years of experience interviewing and soliciting requirements from stakeholders

• 6 Years of experience in analyzing and documenting system requirements

• 4 Years of experience with Government Contract and Procurement Systems offered as third-party solutions

• 4 Years of experience supporting and maintaining Contract Management Systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with focus in computer science, computer information systems or management information systems is preferred.

• 5 Years of Work experience with state government, federal or complex private sector organization

• 5 Years of Work experience managing cross-agency, enterprise department initiatives

• 4 Years of Work experience in contract management within the public sector

• 4 Years of JAD experience
