Responsibilities
  • Perform early integration testing/support of key marquee features and/or flagship products with customer configurations testing of SW loads prior to delivery of SW/HW to customer lab. 

  • Provide supplemental support for testing of features and knowledge transfer of learnings from early integration to relative end 2 end and other services teams via both written and oral communications. 

  • Perform log collection and issue investigation including initial log analysis sufficient to be able to generate an associated pronto ticket for any faults discovered back into the R&D teams for correction. 

  • Assist with fault replication of issues identified in lab/field sites and escalated for additional support. 

  • Debug/log collection and investigation of issue from lab/field. 

  • Provide support for Knife (either additional debug or correction) validation before delivery to customer lab/field sites. 

  • Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies. 

  • Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI

 

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 40%.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. 

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: 

  • Non-Stand Alone and Stand Alone 5G call flow; 

  • Network Side RAN log collection; 

  • QXDM/QCAT for User Equipment device side log collection; 

  • Requirements analysis and test case creation for testing of new feature functionality; and, 

  • Wireshark, EMIL or TTI Log Tracer.

Domestic travel up to 25% required.

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 40%.
