About the Role

We are looking for a Systems & Operations Intern who doesn’t just want to "file paperwork." We are looking for a systems thinker who wants to help us engineer a world-class employee experience. You will work at the intersection of Operations, CRM Architecture, and Analytics Reporting.

What You’ll Do

You will be the operational backbone of Sigma, responsible for transforming fragmented workflows into a centralized, scalable operating system.

  • CRM Architecture & Data Integrity: Own the design and management of our CRM, ensuring 100% of lead and project data is migrated to a single source of truth.

  • Process Documentation: Build the "Sigma Brain" by documenting 10+ core business SOPs for client onboarding and delivery to drive team adoption.

  • Operational Audits: Analyze current tools and workflows to deliver infrastructure gap reports and identify at least 2 major funnel bottlenecks.

  • KPI Reporting: Build and maintain operational dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health and project status for leadership.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

  • Education: Preferred background in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Operations Management.

  • Experience: Preferred experience in operations, project coordination, or data management. Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets is a plus.

  • Mindset: A highly structured thinker with a bias for clarity. You are a proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do.

  • Location: Must be located within +/– 3 hours of US West Coast (Pacific Standard Time).

  • Back End Development Experience(Preferred)

What You Will Learn

  • How to build and manage a professional CRM system from scratch.

  • How to design operational frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • How to integrate automation and AI tools into real organizational workflows.

Internship Details:

  • Hours: 15-20 hours per week (part-time).

  • Duration: 12-24 weeks

  • Compensation: Unpaid, designed for educational purposes only.

  • Location: Remote (Within +/- 3 hours of US West Coast (Pacific Standard Time).
