About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Systems Deployment Technical Program Manager to join our Technical Program Management team. This role is based remotely in the United States. As part of Wing’s Technical Program Management function, you’ll embed yourself in the work of the engineering and operations teams to drive cross-functional delivery of strategic and high value programs spanning the entire spectrum of Wing’s software and hardware.  The ideal candidate will be an excellent program leader with experience managing complex programs across organizational boundaries to deploy and deliver new technical capabilities, maintaining program plans and timelines, and identifying risks, gaps, and problems while proactively mitigating and resolving them.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage the deployment of complex, cross-functional technical programs.
  • Guide alignment on timelines, goals, and deliverables of related projects and teams
  • Produce and organize required artifacts, i.e. Project Briefs, Project Plans, Risk Registers
  • Identify risks and escalate with mitigation recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
  • Apply technical judgment and understanding to build consensus or alignment
  • Facilitate cross-functional communications to align stakeholders on various project aspects
  • Analyze processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and gaps and collaborating cross-functionally and globally to improve processes and tools
  • Ensure compliance with required internal and external approval processes
  • Monitor performance of operations to coalesce maintenance and operational learnings into the engineering roadmap

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical program management
  • Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in technical and non-technical environments
  • Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
  • Experience deploying complex products, procedures, and services
  • Comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing and sometimes stressful environment
  • Experience with Technical Change Management and/or Configuration Management

The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

Salary Range
$128,000$170,000 USD
