We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead our data visualization strategy. You will design, develop, and optimize complex, high-performance Tableau dashboards. As the SME, you will establish best practices, govern server architecture, and mentor internal teams to foster a data-driven culture.

  • Design and deliver high-quality, scalable Tableau dashboards aligned to business priorities
  • Translate stakeholder needs into structured analytics solutions and intuitive visual experiences
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and leadership teams, shaping data-driven decisions
  • Champion data visualization best practices, design standards, and governance frameworks
  • Lead enablement efforts (training, mentorship, playbooks) to scale Tableau adoption
  • Partner with data teams to ensure robust data models, semantic consistency, and performance optimization

  • Advanced Tableau expertise (calculated fields, LODs, performance tuning)
  • Strong data wrangling & integration skills (SQL, Tableau Prep / Alteryx)
  • Exceptional data visualization & design thinking (clean, intuitive, user-centric dashboards)
  • Analytical & problem-solving mindset with ability to generate actionable insights
  • Executive communication & storytelling skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with enterprise Tableau environments (Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud, governance, security)
