- At least 2 years of experience with DW/BI and ETL tools.
- Must have experience on gathering technical requirements and specifications to determine appropriate ETL solutions and architecture
- At least 2 years of hands on experience in Design, Development & Build activities in Talend Projects - MUST.
- Past experience with AbInitio ETL Tool - MUST
- At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on DW/BI development and maintenance projects.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environment and scripting
- Experience in conducting code reviews and providing guidance to development team
- Experience with multiple major RDBM systems, i.e., DB2, Oracle
- Strong Knowledge of Dimensional Modelling, DW architecture, ETL Frameworks, Design and Development using Talend, Best Practices and Troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Talend Data Integration tool.
- Exposure to Other Talend Product Suites.
- Experience with Core Java development is a plus
- Experience with Hadoop and big data technology is a plus
- Experience with design and implementation of ETL/ELT framework for complex warehouses/marts
- Hands-on development mentality, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in Finance domain
- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to ramp up in new technologies
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
