We have an immediate opening for a dynamic recruiter who is looking for a position with a rapidly growing healthcare organization. This position will be primarily remote with some on-site requirements based upon business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process

  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization

  • Assists in the job posting, advertising, and sourcing processes

  • Screens applicants, schedules interviews, and selects and/or refers qualified candidates to managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed

  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies
