  • Available to Join October onwards for a 3-month full-time contract or internship.

  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competency in additional languages is regarded as a significant advantage

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required.

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions

  • Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels to identify potential candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Assist in the maintenance of applicant tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.

  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.
