Job Summary:

SmithRx is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and take pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience, we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating onsite and virtual interviews, supporting smooth communication across the hiring process, and helping ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers alike. You'll collaborate closely with a high-performing team and contribute directly to our company’s continued growth.

What you will do:

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction, ensuring every candidate leaves with a positive impression of SmithRx.
  • Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating seamlessly with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams by prioritizing clear communication, timely follow-up, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Identify areas of improvement in processes and suggest ways to streamline recruiting workflows.
  • Support the TA Ops’ team goals, using metrics & KPIs 
  • Maintain process documentation and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency. 
  • Represent SmithRx’s employment brand with professionalism and care in every interaction.
  • Experiment with new tools, processes, and best practices to improve scheduling operations and candidate experience.
  • Assist and work closely with the TA Ops team to manage both long-term and ad-hoc strategic projects. 
  • Ensure all we do is compliant. Identify ways to make our processes more efficient and compliant.

What you will bring to SmithRx:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with a minimum of 1 year or prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus).
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for potential hires.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fully distributed environment (managing time zones, remote interviews and meetings, team coordination through Slack, Gmail, Zoom, etc.)
  • Exceptional intuition and natural problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects/priorities using tactical and strategic thinking skills.

Zone A Pay Range
$29.50$29.50 USD

Zone B includes the following locations:

  • California - outside of San Francisco Bay Area
  • Metro Denver / Boulder - Colorado
  • Metro District of Columbia - District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia
  • Metro Boston / Cambridge - Massachusetts and New Hampshire
  • Metro Austin - Texas
  • Metro Seattle - Washington
Zone B Pay Range
$29.50$29.50 USD

Zone C includes all other locations not listed above, including:

  • Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: The range listed above reflects our standard pay scale and actual pay will vary based on work location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Total Rewards: In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or equity.
