Freese and Nichols seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in in our downtown Fort Worth corporate headquarters.  As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be our champion of candidate experience.  We are very excited to be named a CandE Award Winner based on candidate feedback through the a CandE Benchmark Research Program this year.  We want you to help us win another award in 2026.

Your role:

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will help facilitate a great candidate experience from the time of interview through first day preparation.  You will work closely with the Recruiters as we identify, screen and select candidates to join Freese and Nichols, contributing to the growth of the company. 

  • Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to schedule both virtual and in-person interviews
  • Managing logistical arrangements for interviews including MS Outlook appointments, MS Teams meeting set-up, resumes, interview guides and travel arrangements, if required
  • Assisting recruiters in tracking feedback from interviews
  • Tracking team metrics via applicant tracking system (Workday) reporting and other available sources
  • Tracking candidate progress through background and drug screen process and onboarding process via Workday
  • Providing general customer service for candidates during hiring process
  • Developing tools and solutions for recurring client requests
  • Suggesting process improvements to help create efficiencies
  • Working with a high level of confidentiality

Flexibility:

You have the option of a hybrid schedule working up to 2 days remotely.  You also have the opportunity to work an alternative work schedule, with every other Friday off.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on details and results

Preferred

  • 2+ years HR/recruiting support experience
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system
