NorthStar Memorial Group’s open-door culture means your voice is heard, your ideas matter, and your work directly supports how we grow. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an essential partner to a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting more than 86 locations across 12 states.

This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who enjoys sourcing, networking, online research, and managing fast-moving recruiting workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters to keep hiring processes moving efficiently from managing job postings and coordinating communication to supporting proactive sourcing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates for open roles across multiple locations nationwide
  • Build and maintain networking pipelines through job boards, social platforms, and proactive outreach
  • Manage recruiting mailboxes, including email, voicemail, and physical mail
  • Schedule interviews and support logistics for candidates and hiring managers
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to recruiting processes, timelines, and candidate status
  • Assist Recruiters and hiring managers with ATS navigation and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate job postings and monitor applicant flow
  • Support candidate communication, including status updates and process guidance
  • Redirect recruiting-related calls and distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member
  • Consolidate monthly recruiting invoices and gather receipts

Compensation of $22-$27/hr.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative support experience
  • Strong background or interest in candidate sourcing, including online research, Boolean search, and proactive outreach
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with job board sourcing (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills for tracking pipelines, reporting, and workflow organization
