About the Job

As a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Go-to-Market (GTM), you'll own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Community, and Revenue Operations. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent as Slide continues to grow.

This is an opportunity to help build our recruiting function, not just run it. We have a foundation in place, and in partnership with our team, you'll take what we have, figure out what's working, and create what's missing. You'll serve as a trusted recruiting partner, helping leaders define hiring needs, understand the talent market, develop sourcing strategies, and make informed hiring decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, proactively finding great talent, and managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. While your primary focus will be GTM hiring, you'll also have opportunities to support recruiting across other areas of the business as priorities evolve.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, Community, and Revenue Operations.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.

  • Proactively source and engage high-quality talent, including passive candidates, through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and referrals.

  • Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill GTM roles.

  • Conduct recruiter screens to assess candidates' experience, capabilities, and alignment with the role and Slide.

  • Manage candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a thoughtful, responsive, and engaging candidate experience.

  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations, interview best practices, and candidate evaluation.

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop competitive offers, navigate negotiations, and successfully close candidates.

  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while balancing hiring speed, candidate quality, and business priorities.

  • Maintain accurate recruiting data in our applicant tracking system and use pipeline metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Represent Slide in the talent market and help strengthen our employer brand through networking and other recruiting initiatives.

  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and hiring workflows as we scale.

  • Support recruiting across other business functions as hiring needs evolve.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.

  • Strong experience recruiting GTM talent, particularly across Sales, Marketing, Channels, Customer Success, or other revenue-generating functions.

  • Demonstrated success proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates, rather than relying primarily on inbound applications.

  • Comfortable in early-stage environments, having built pipelines, processes, and resources where none existed before.

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and successfully fill competitive or hard-to-fill roles.

  • Strong understanding of GTM roles, talent markets, and what makes candidates successful in customer-facing and revenue-generating positions.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.

  • Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting metrics to manage pipelines and improve hiring outcomes. Experience with Ashby ATS preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What success looks like

You'll be successful if you:

  • Consistently attract and hire high-quality GTM talent that helps Slide achieve its growth goals.

  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and become their go-to resource for recruiting.

  • Develop proactive talent pipelines that help us hire faster without compromising quality.

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

  • Use recruiting data and market insights to help hiring managers make informed decisions.

  • Find ways to improve recruiting processes and help Slide scale efficiently.

Why join us

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Paid Time Off: Generous paid time off and holiday schedule.

  • Retirement Plan: 401(k)

  • Professional Development: Opportunities for training and professional growth.

  • The opportunity to do your life's work in a dynamic and creative environment with like-minded individuals.
