The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying and attracting healthcare professionals to join Marathon Health. In this role you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source candidates through various channels, conduct initial assessments, and facilitate the interview & hiring process.

This is a remote temporary position from August 2026 - December 2026. This is a full-time position at 40 hours/week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and utilize innovative and effective recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through traditional recruiting means, as well as, through digital means and social media. 
  • Research candidate pool and identify sourcing possibilities while identifying barriers and solutions to the recruiting process. 
  • Work with other departments within Marathon to understand unique skills and certifications required for clients. 
  • Establish candidate qualifications by developing knowledge, skill, and screening questions for each position.  Evaluate candidate strengths compared with job requirements by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates. 
  • Ensure completion of all pre-employment processes and examining background records. 
  • Extend employment offers with a thorough understanding of the terms and conditions of employment along with the ability to describe the salary and benefits of the position. 
  • Stay current on all governmental regulations, mandates, and Marathon policies on hiring practices.   
  • Prepare recruiting metrics and other reporting as required. 
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in related field plus a minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare recruiting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven track record of successfully filling healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles, regulations and licensing/certifications to ensure candidates meet necessary qualifications. PHR or Healthcare Recruiter certification is a plus.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. 
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products. 

Pay Range: $40.00 - $50.00/hr
