Blink Ops is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in and lead the recruitment processes in the US. The position is remote and preferred locations would be in the East Coast or Central US.

What you'll need?

  • 3+ years as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role within the tech industry, preferably in startup environments.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for GTM roles in the US, with a deep understanding of the talent market and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on evolving business needs and market trends.
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools, including AI-based sourcing technologies, to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
  • MUST be able to live and work in the United states, this is a remote position within the US borders.
