Essential Functions

1.  Salaried Recruiting

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles (e.g., supervisors, engineers, corporate positions)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting strategies
  • Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience
  • Drive improvements in time-to-fill and quality of hire

2.  Recruiting Process, Compliance & Systems

  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policy and employment regulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS/HRIS (Workday preferred)
  • Reinforce consistent use of recruiting processes across hiring managers
  • Train leaders on interviewing practices, documentation, and system usage
  • Identify gaps and implement process improvements

3.  Pipeline Development

  • Build relationships with trade schools, technical programs, and workforce partners
  • Develop pipelines for welders and other skilled hourly roles
  • Support hiring events, school outreach, and apprenticeship/internship programs
  • Partner with operations to align pipeline efforts with workforce needs
  • Contribute to strategies that promote internal movement into skilled roles

4.  HR Team & Operational Support

  • Support HR team priorities as needed (e.g., onboarding, training coordination, projects, etc.)
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or blended)
  • Experience recruiting for salaried/professional roles
  • Working knowledge of recruiting compliance and employment practices
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring for skilled trades or technical roles
  • Workday experience with ATS/HRIS systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability helpful
