Talent Acquisition Partner 

Overview 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Protech, you’ll play a key role in shaping our teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple markets and business lines. You’ll serve as a strategic recruiting partner, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience while supporting Protech’s mission, values, and growth objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align recruiting strategies with business goals, KPIs, and internal customer needs. 

  • Collaborate with operational leaders to assess staffing strategies, forecast hiring needs, and provide data-driven recommendations. 

  • Source, engage, and interview candidates for a wide range of individual contributor roles across various markets and centers. 

  • Utilize both established and innovative sourcing channels to attract active and passive talent. 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and acceptance. 

  • Ensure all offers comply with Protech’s policies and maintain consistency across markets. 

  • Provide a smooth transition to the HR Administrative Team for onboarding and orientation. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track metrics, and prepare recruitment reports. 

  • Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving recruiting trends to continuously enhance Protech’s talent acquisition approach. 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-market environment. 

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms; Workday and Smartsheet experience strongly preferred. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 

  • Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, and compliance requirements. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization. 

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
