Nothing exceptional was ever normal. At Abnormal, people are our greatest asset. The Recruiting team is on the frontlines—building and scaling a world-class organization through high-impact hiring. As a Talent Partner, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring for a unique set of departments and roles, driving speed and quality through strategic partnership, precision sourcing, and recruiter excellence.

In this role, you will also play a key part in leveraging AI tools and workflows to enhance recruiter productivity, improve candidate quality, and increase hiring velocity. • Use historical and real-time funnel data to drive strategic sourcing, forecast pass-through rates, and guide hiring decisions
  • Model strong RPS (recruiter-produced sourcing) execution and drive improvements through automation, content personalization, and tools like Claude and ChatGPT
  • Curate original content and engagement strategies that extend the Abnormal EVP to passive and high-value candidate pools
  • Identify, map, and engage strategic talent markets; deliver insights to inform hiring strategies at the org and departmental level
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene in our ATS, with high-quality passive pipelines across at least five key roles or locations
  • Achieve and maintain high candidate engagement metrics, including a 30%+ InMail response rate and 85%+ offer acceptance rate
  • Average a minimum of 10 RPS OR 30 InMails sent weekly
  • Mentor junior recruiters and enable teamwide learning through AI training, onboarding, and workflow optimization
  • Identify and experiment with emerging AI tools and datasets that uncover new talent insights or improve recruiting operations

Must Haves
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven success hiring top-tier, passive talent across GTM or G&A functions
