Americas Talent Acquisition Specialist
You will be working as part of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for attracting top talent into the organization across multiple countries in the Americas region.
You will manage the full recruitment process, keeping candidates & hiring managers engaged. Additionally, you will be a strong contributor in the establishment of key talent acquisition projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep oversight of all end-to-end recruitment in the Americas region.
- Main focus on commercial and senior roles
- Help create market maps and pipelines for key people risk employees.
- Help create and maintain resourcing performance matrix like time-to-hire.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full recruiting process.
- Source passive candidates through various channels and activities
- Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews through in-person and virtual screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills required.
- Provide training and guidance to Hiring Managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and candidate assessments.
- Support global and regional Talent Acquisition project initiatives such as enhancement of recruitment process, implementing new assessment tools, new technology solutions integration etc…
- Work cross-functionally with different Talent Acquisition and HR teams in your region and globally.
- Occasionally act as back up to the regional HR Team.
- Occasionally work with external vendors on fulfilling specific hiring needs
Profile:
- 5+ years’ previous experience of corporate (in-house) and agency recruiting experience.
- Preferred prior experience of working in a trading environment
- Proven direct sourcing skills for active and passive candidates
- Strong technical skills, digitally savvy and proficient use of ATS and Social Media platforms – Workday and LinkedIn recruiter experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and business acumen to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders/stakeholders – self and cultural awareness
- A natural interest in driving EVP and Employer Branding activities
- Ability to juggle operational and strategic priorities
- A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives when being challenged
- Fluency in English – Spanish is an asset
