What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various Go-to-Market roles
- Partner with hiring managers and take full ownership of the recruiting process from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and needs.
- Supporting our growth efforts in Israel, US and Australia
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes
- Promote employer branding through networking events, social media, and other digital platforms
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates, leaving a lasting positive impression.
Requirements
- +3 Years of experience as talent acquisition specialist.
- Sourcing experience for different Positions.
- Experience in recruiting A-Z.
- Great learning capabilities.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization as well as externally.
- Ability to understand relevant skills and target non active candidates.
- Team Player.
- Recruitment must be your passion:)
