We are seeking experienced, driven Talent Acquisition professionals to join our team on a seasonal basis during a critical hiring ramp. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in fueling our teleSales organization by delivering high-quality talent at scale. This role requires resilience, accountability, and a strong customer-centric mindset as you partner cross-functionally to meet evolving business needs. Our Talent Acquisition team operates as One Team, balancing speed with quality to ensure we make hiring decisions that positively impact both our candidates and the organization. We foster a connected, virtual-first culture supported by a highly engaged and collaborative distributed workforce.

This is a seasonal role beginning June 22nd, 2026 and ending mid-September 2026. Due to the nature of our business and hiring ramp, there may be occasions where overtime and weekend work is required based on business needs.

What you’ll do:

·       Support high-volume recruitment initiatives for our teleSales group

·       Partner with Sales hiring managers to attract critical talent for their teams

·       Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling hiring interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing candidates through onboarding

·       Meet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting metrics, including completed number of video interviews, hiring manager interviews, and offers

·       Create a positive and engaging candidate experience through education and proactive communication

·       Demonstrate eHealth’s values of One Team, Innovation, Accountability, Quality, Financial Stewardship, Resilience, Customer Centricity, and Integrity in your behaviors, practices, and decisions

 

Who you are:

·       You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a minimum of three years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably within the insurance industry or contact center environments

·       You have extensive working knowledge of Workday Recruiting

·       You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to ever-changing needs and priorities

·       You have experience working with a variety of software, including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other tools

·       You have strong attention to detail, process orientation, and organizational skills

·       You can work autonomously and collaboratively

·       You have a passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process

·       You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong follow-through
