Your team  

Within Murex’s Human Resources Department, you will join the Recruitment & Mobility Europe team. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Partner, you will play a key role in defining and delivering recruitment strategies to support the continuous expansion of our global footprint, with a strong focus on experienced hires and collaboration with international stakeholders.

Your missions  

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers.

Your main responsibilities include :

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (from intake meetings to offer stage) for technical and non-technical roles and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide recruitment advice, market intelligence and strategic guidance.
  • Executing proactive sourcing strategies to map and attract premium candidates using diverse channels (direct search, specialized platforms, diaspora networks, and referrals).
  • Building and nurturing partnerships with top-tier local academic institutions and tech communities to secure a strong pipeline of early-career and experienced talent.
  • Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates using a variety of channels (direct search, job boards, referrals, networking).
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects.
  • Supporting recruitment reporting and process improvements in a structured, data-driven way.

Your profile

Master’s degree from a business school or university and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international and tech/fintech context

Eloquent in advocacy and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence translate complex business needs into targeted sourcing strategies, and effectively advise senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated agility and proven ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scale up, or hyper-growth context.

Collaborative team player, recognized for organization, rigor, and reliability.

Proactive, curious, and eager to challenge existing practices while proposing innovative ideas.

Full professional proficiency in English, French, and Arabic is mandatory to seamlessly navigate both global corporate environments and local market intricacies.

Knowledge of Workday is a plus
