About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across clinical and non-clinical teams. This individual will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and drafting offers)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and interview processes
  • Drive alignment on candidate profiles, compensation, and hiring strategy

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and Greenhouse
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
  • Provide clear communication, timely follow-ups, and transparency throughout the hiring and onboarding process

Interview & Process Management

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple team members 
  • Interview candidates in alignment with current processes, including scorecards and closing feedback loops
  • Ensure timely movement of candidates through the pipeline

Offer Management

  • Support offer drafting, approvals, and negotiations in partnership with leadership
  • Maintain alignment with compensation guidelines and internal processes

Data & Reporting

  • Track pipeline activity and hiring metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Greenhouse

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Greenhouse experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience using AI-powered sourcing and screening tools within an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) to automate workflows and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Ability to leverage AI to personalize candidate outreach messages while maintaining our company voice.
  • Excellent communication and hiring manager management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting hiring needs
