Garner’s mission is to transform the healthcare economy, delivering high-quality and affordable care for all.
We are fundamentally reimagining how healthcare works in the U.S. by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using clear incentives and powerful, data-driven insights. Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. Patients achieve better health outcomes, employers spend healthcare dollars more effectively, and physicians are rewarded for delivering exceptional care rather than performing more procedures.
Garner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country. Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.

As the architect of our recruiting engine, you will ensure that Garner’s growth is powered by seamless, data-driven, and highly efficient hiring processes. What you will do:

- Proactively identify workflow gaps and manage change initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop and monitor key recruiting metrics across the TA team to provide a clear, real-time picture of our hiring health
- Partner closely with TA Leaders to translate data insights into concrete action plans and process improvements
- Optimize and manage our suite of TA tools and systems to ensure they are fully leveraged to support talent outcomes
- Build and maintain intuitive dashboards that empower stakeholders with the insights needed to make informed hiring decisions
The ideal candidate has:
- 4-6+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Business Operations, or a high-growth People Ops environment where you have scaled complex processes.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate raw data into clear business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including modeling, complex formulas, and scenario planning)
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations in tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms
- Direct experience administrating modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever) and integrating them with other tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team through the adoption of new tools and workflows
- Experience leading an implementation from technical build-out to cross-functional adoption
- You understand that great operations serve people, and you have a proven track record of improving candidate experience and recruiter productivity through process
- A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
