⭐ About the Role

Location: Remote (US based)

We're hiring our first Talent Associate to support and scale recruiting at Sailor Health.

You will be a dedicated recruiting partner to our hiring managers across the company — keeping our pipeline moving, our candidates well-cared-for, and our interview process running smoothly. Your primary focus will be building out our provider partnerships and clinical support teams: the people closest to our patients and the heart of what Sailor delivers. The best version of this person leads sourcing and interviewing for our clinical and provider-facing functions and hires the next generation of Sailor recruiters.

💻 Your Key Responsibilities
  • Be the recruiting horsepower behind our provider and clinical teams: Serve as the dedicated recruiting support for hiring managers across provider partnerships and clinical support — briefing them before interviews, debriefing after, keeping them calibrated, and making sure they're never blocked on talent.

  • Own the provider and clinical support hiring pipeline: Source, screen, and advance candidates for our provider partnerships and clinical support teams. Understand these roles deeply enough to assess fit and sell Sailor's mission to candidates.

  • Run interviews end-to-end: Own interview scheduling, candidate communication, and day-of coordination across all active roles. Be the face of Sailor's candidate experience from first touch to offer.

  • Grow into full-cycle recruiting and team building: Over time, take full ownership of searches independently and eventually hire and develop other recruiters focused on our clinical and provider-facing functions.

  • Contribute to talent infrastructure: Help build the systems, templates, and processes that make Sailor's recruiting function world-class as we scale.

✅ What We’re Looking For

This is a high-ownership and impact-driven role for someone earlier in their career who wants to grow fast. You've done recruiting before and you're ready to go deeper.

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience. You've worked exclusively in talent or recruiting roles — agency, in-house, or both. Healthcare, clinical, or startup experience a strong plus.

  • Hiring manager whisperer. You know how to support busy stakeholders — keeping them briefed, accountable, and bought in without creating extra work for them.

  • Process-oriented. You keep the trains running. Candidates are responded to promptly, ATS data is accurate, and nothing slips.

  • Strong communicator. You can represent Sailor well to candidates and prep hiring managers without a script.

  • Eager to grow. You want to own searches and eventually build out a team.

  • AI operator. You use tools like Claude and modern recruiting tech to move faster and do more with less.

  • Takes work personally. Pride in the candidate experience; cares about getting the right people into the building.

Our Offer to You
  • 💰 Competitive salary and founding member-level equity

  • 🩺 Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental & vision

  • 🌴 Flexible PTO and sick days

  • 🎤 Team building events

  • ✚ One Medical, HSA, Talkspace, HealthAdvocate, Teladoc Health
