Job Description:

The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, scaling, and continuously improving Pluralsight’s core talent and leadership development programs. This role manages enterprise talent practices that strengthen talent, succession planning, and leadership across the organization.

This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, People Analytics, HR Technology, and business leaders to deliver high-impact, data-informed talent programs that are scalable and aligned to business priorities. The Talent Development Manager operates with strong independence, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complexity into streamlined, repeatable solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and scale Pluralsight’s core talent programs and leadership practices, with a focus on adoption and measurable impact.

  • Establish and lead enterprise Talent Review and 9-Box processes, including preparation, calibration facilitation, and post-cycle action planning.

  • Create and support execution of Succession Planning for critical roles, including stakeholder alignment, enablement, development actions, and progress tracking.

  • Design and improve employee feedback processes that strengthen leadership effectiveness and development planning.

  • Create and improve development programs across all leadership levels through toolkits, enablement, and practical manager resources in partnership with HRBPs.

  • Partner with People Analytics and HR Technology to improve insights, reporting, workflows, and data integrity (including within Workday).

  • Accelerate and support AI adoption to transform and modernize organization design and development practices.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Hands-on experience leading talent practices such as Talent Review, 9-Box, Succession Planning, 360 Feedback, and leadership development programs.

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder influence skills, including comfort working with senior leaders.

  • Data-driven and analytically strong, with experience translating insights into program improvements.

  • Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive consistent execution across competing priorities.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HRBP, or related People roles.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources. Master’s Degree a plus.

  • Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $83,600 - $110,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
