About the Position

The Talent & HR Coordinator will support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations across the organization. This role will take primary ownership of recruiting coordination and onboarding administration while assisting with HR projects, compliance initiatives, employee records management, and general HR operations. This position offers strong growth potential for someone interested in developing into a future HR Generalist.

Directly Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Supervises: None

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting & Talent Coordination
    • Manage day-to-day recruiting coordination activities for open positions
    • Review resumes and assist with candidate screening
    • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
    • Create and manage job postings and requisitions
    • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and records
    • Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
    • Coordinate with third-party recruiting vendors as needed
       
  • Onboarding & HR Administration 
    • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
    • Prepare onboarding documentation and employee files
    • Ensure completion of pre-employment and onboarding requirements
    • Maintain organized digital and physical employee records
    • Assist with scanning, uploading, and organizing HR documentation
    • Support I-9 compliance and audit preparation
       
  • HR Operations & Projects
    • Assist with HR compliance and administrative projects
    • Support HR process improvement initiatives
    • Help maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
    • Assist with additional HR duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of degree requirements
  • 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, administrative, or related experience preferred
  • Experience working with ATS or HRIS platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow within HR
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Process-oriented with strong follow-through
