Talent Intelligence Lead (GTM)

The Role

Nebius is building a Talent Intelligence capability designed to accelerate the company’s most critical hiring initiatives.

As Talent Intelligence Lead, you will focus on unlocking new talent markets and building the strategic pipelines that support Nebius’ growth.

This role sits at the intersection of talent intelligence, strategic sourcing, and hiring acceleration. Rather than operating as a traditional recruiter responsible for steady pipelines, you will focus on mapping competitive talent markets, identifying high impact candidates, and building proactive pipelines for the company’s most critical roles.

The initial focus of this role will be supporting the expansion of Nebius’ Go To Market organization, including Sales, Customer Engineering, and other customer facing technical teams across North America.

You will partner closely with GTM leadership, recruiting teams, and talent operations to translate business growth plans into targeted talent strategies and pipeline development.

Over time, this capability will expand to support additional strategic hiring initiatives across Nebius as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Build Talent Intelligence Capability

  • Establish Nebius’ Talent Intelligence capability focused on high priority hiring initiatives
  • Define approaches for talent market mapping, pipeline architecture, and proactive sourcing
  • Develop repeatable strategies that allow Nebius to engage talent markets earlier and more effectively

Map and Activate Strategic Talent Markets

  • Conduct talent market mapping across enterprise sales, customer engineering, and technical GTM roles
  • Identify key talent ecosystems, competitor organizations, and adjacent talent pools
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies that unlock high value candidate networks

Build Strategic Talent Pipelines

  • Design proactive pipeline strategies for high impact roles across the GTM organization
  • Develop durable talent pipelines that support both current hiring needs and future expansion
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to activate these pipelines for priority searches

Accelerate Critical Hiring Initiatives

  • Support high priority hiring initiatives where speed and focus are required
  • Design targeted sourcing programs and hiring initiatives that compress hiring timelines
  • Partner with recruiting teams to increase hiring velocity for complex roles

Leverage Talent Intelligence and Data

  • Use market insights and hiring data to guide talent strategy
  • Partner with recruiting operations to identify pipeline gaps and hiring risks
  • Provide insights on competitive talent dynamics, compensation trends, and talent availability

Partner with GTM Leadership

  • Work closely with GTM leaders to translate growth plans into focused hiring strategies
  • Act as a strategic advisor on talent markets and hiring feasibility
  • Provide insights that inform workforce planning and hiring prioritization

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 12–18 months:

  • Critical GTM roles are filled faster with stronger pipelines
  • Strategic talent markets across North America are mapped and activated
  • Recruiting teams have access to stronger candidate pipelines and sourcing insights
  • Hiring programs improve speed and consistency for high priority roles
  • Talent Intelligence becomes a trusted capability for solving complex hiring challenges across Nebius

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, or high impact recruiting within fast growing technology companies
  • Strong background hiring or sourcing for enterprise sales, sales engineering, customer engineering, or technical GTM roles
  • Track record building proactive pipelines in competitive talent markets
  • Experience conducting talent market research and mapping talent ecosystems
  • Ability to translate business growth plans into targeted hiring strategies
  • Experience using recruiting technology and modern sourcing tools to improve pipeline generation
  • Builder mindset with enthusiasm for creating new capabilities inside scaling organizations

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.

We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!
