Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to meet immediate needs while anticipating future demand, including proactively resurfacing prior leads and nurturing candidates for future or evolving opportunities.

  • Collaborate with recruitment marketing partners to amplify Omnicell’s employer brand and help candidates see themselves in our mission, culture, and opportunities for growth.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics to measure pipeline health and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, candidate development, or recruitment in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to engage candidates using creative outreach strategies.
  • Strength in relationship building and communication, anchored in empathy and connection.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high‑touch, candidate‑centered experience.
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a collaborative spirit that aligns with our culture of care and continuous improvement.

Why This Role Matters
This role helps ensure we bring in the people who will shape the future of healthcare alongside us. Candidates you identify will support safer medication practices, better patient outcomes, and a stronger, more connected Omnicell community. It’s a chance to grow your career with purpose and help others do the same.
