About the role

We’re hiring a Talent Sourcer to help us find and engage exceptional candidates as Tremendous continues to grow. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand our hiring needs and build high-quality pipelines for roles across the company.

What you'll do

  • Source high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, referrals, and other tools

  • Build targeted sourcing strategies for open roles across functions

  • Quickly develop an understanding of talent markets, candidate profiles, and competitive landscapes

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles

  • Use data and feedback to improve sourcing conversion, outreach quality, and pipeline health

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a strong preference for growth-stage company experience

  • Curiosity about talent markets and a drive to become an expert in the roles you support

  • Strong research instincts and the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into targeted candidate lists

  • Clear, concise written communication

  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments where you’ve had to figure things out

  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Interest in leveraging AI tools
