Hilbert is a scalable, data science-first growth engine that gives B2C teams predictive clarity into user behavior, revenue drivers, and the actions that drive sustainable growth. Fully agentic by design, Hilbert shrinks months-long decision cycles to minutes.

From Fortune 10 enterprises to beloved brands like FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery, operators run their growth on Hilbert. We're also co-building alongside leading AI companies.

A small, select group of growth operators sit at the core of our company. These minds shape how Hilbert's intelligence layer evolves, how customers grow, and how the company goes to market.

About the Role
We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent team. In this role, you'll be the engine behind our recruiting pipeline — proactively identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top talent before roles even open. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across Product, Legal, Engineering, Growth, and GTM teams to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies, while also supporting interview scheduling and providing broader support to our Talent Partner as needed.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust, diverse candidate pipelines across Product, Engineering, Growth, GTM, and other departments as needed

  • Partner directly hiring managers on these teams to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles

  • Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive and active candidates

  • Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates through personalized messaging to generate interest in open roles

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars, ensuring a smooth and timely process

  • Support the Talent Partner with ad hoc recruiting projects, coordination, and process improvements as needed

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Build and nurture talent communities and pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Track sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline conversion, time-to-fill) and use data to refine outreach strategies

  • Stay current on market trends, competitor talent landscapes, and compensation benchmarks specific to product, engineering, growth, and GTM roles

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role, ideally in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and ATS platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously

  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with comfort working independently in a remote environment

  • Ability to build genuine rapport with candidates and represent the company authentically

  • Comfort using data to inform and adjust sourcing strategy

  • Experience coordinating interview logistics across multiple interviewers and calendars

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical hiring managers (e.g., Product, Engineering, Growth, GTM)

Nice to Have

  • Experience sourcing for technical, engineering, or specialized roles

  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing best practices

  • Experience with tools like SeekOut, Gem, hireEZ, or similar sourcing platforms
