Summary of Role:

Assist in the e2e process design, build, test, integration of I2P (Idea to Product) value stream Provide technical and functional guidance for Architecture, Deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM
• Assist in the resolution of process and integration design issues related to I2P Value Stream
• Review plans and provide guidance to project team during build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and service transition to ensure a successful go live. Guide the strategy and overall roadmap of PLM implementation.
• Design of the key I2P enterprise structure and master data objects specifically business partner
• Provide delivery support and assist in resolving open Team Center Solution architecture related risks and issues – by leveraging experience.
• Responsible for functional specifications, data conversion, integration specifications related to the I2P value stream
• Provide thought Leader, best practice, and Subject Matter Expertise, writing position papers and mentor, coach and upskill GFIT solution delivery team Coordinate with stakeholders focusing on Teamcenter Data Model (BMIDE, LOVs etc.), Workflows and other Teamcenter modules to implement and maintain business processes.
• Responsible for implementing the industry best practices to manage Business processes using the OOTB capabilities.
• Ability to perform Teamcenter Technical POCs (Proof of Concept) based on Business and Technical cases.
 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Overall experience of 10 years as Lead Solution Architect PLM role with at least 5+ years of experience in designing, consulting, and implementing in Teamcenter

  • Teamcenter implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).

  • Strong knowledge of Teamcenter product architecture and its integration frameworks like T4EA/T4S/T4O/CAD Integrations etc. Technical capabilities in Part Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Classification, Workflow.

  • Knowledge of Teamcenter Quality (QMS) is added advantage.

  • Experience in C/C++ programming language and TC server side (ITK & SOA), BMIDE, Java, HTML, XML and Webservices and Active Workspace Configuration and declarative programming

  • Experience with data migration, mapping, data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications

  • Demonstrate leadership in general: ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis, convince others

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Solution Design: The solution architect is responsible for providing the technical and functional guidance for the planning, architecture, deployment, and integration of Siemen’s Teamcenter PLM platform.

  • Technical Expertise: As the Solution Architect, provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure that solutions meet industry best practices. You will provide guidance and mentoring other team members, implementation partners and ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.

  • Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and manage their expectations. You will also be responsible for communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Outline process changes that will need to occur and assist the customer drive Organizational Change.

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master in Engineering / Science Degree

  • Overall, 10+ Years of Experience

  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to the Hi-Tech industry

  • Experience with integration of Teamcenter with ERP(SAP), CRM, MES System.

  • Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/multi-site architecture

  • Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems based on solution design documents.

Expected Salary Range

$106,100.00 - $200,000.00
