  • Improve team abilities and attitudes to align with our high performing team expectations, ensuring experiences are relevant, easy to engage with and impactful.

  • Collaborate and provide thought leadership with senior partners on building high performing teams: Partner closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and senior leaders to understand the organization's strategic objectives and teaming needs. Translate these insights into learning initiatives that drive team performance, engagement, and career progression, with a particular focus on team capabilities.

  • Evaluate program/solutions: Develop and apply evaluation strategies to measure team initiative impact and success.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including participant records, evaluations, and program metrics.

  • Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions about program enhancements and improvements.

  • Responsibility for budget management: managing cost tracking for teaming initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Champion a culture of teaming and learning: Develop communication and engagement strategies to promote team learning & growth opportunities, increase participation, and highlight the value of continuous team growth.

  • Build partnerships with external vendors to enhance the quality and breadth of team development offerings. Negotiate contracts and lead vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery of external team development resources.

  • Drive innovation and thought leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies in learning and team development. Share insights and recommendations with leadership to maintain a forward-thinking and competitive teaming and, overall, Talent Success function.

What You Will Bring:
  • Dedication to working the Hybrid Model with 3 days a week in either our Austin, TX or Salt Lake City, Utah office.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in talent/human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in building & deploying high performing team experiences or in a similar learning development role in the tech industry with international teams.

  • Proven ability to partner with HRBPs/PBPs to deliver integrated people and talent strategies.

  • History of innovating, crafting, and achieving (including team facilitation and mentoring at a senior team level) value-adding and balanced team development and growth experiences at scale.

  • Strong understanding of teaming & learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.

  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing comprehensive learning and team development strategies.

  • Strong consulting and project management skills, with the ability to lead budgets, resources, and timelines.

  • Outstanding communication and collaborator leadership skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership.

  • Familiarity with learning/teaming technologies and platforms, and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
