Lead end-to-end delivery of Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. Define solution architecture, ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability. Mentor developers, drive best practices, participate in Agile, and support DevOps including CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT industry
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Java-based applications and services.
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define solution architecture.
- Drive best practices in coding, design, and deployment.
- Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical sessions, and task planning.
- Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, Maven/Gradle, and JUnit/TestNG.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, multithreading, exception handling, and collections.
- Good experience in Unit Testing and Integration Testing
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 42,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 147,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
