Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT industry
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Java-based applications and services.
  • Design and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define solution architecture.
  • Drive best practices in coding, design, and deployment.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical sessions, and task planning.
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Core JavaSpring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with REST APIsMaven/Gradle, and JUnit/TestNG.
  • Solid understanding of design patterns, multithreading, exception handling, and collections.
  • Good experience in Unit Testing and Integration Testing
  • Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 42,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 147,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
