About Us
At Vector Media, we’re building the future of Mobility Marketing, where media moves with people, meets them in real life, and makes a lasting impression.
In an advertising world cluttered with screens and scrolls, we deliver real-world media with real results. From digital bus shelters and street-level storytelling to experiential activations, college campus and sports partnerships, we connect brands with audiences in the moments that matter most.
Our high-impact media, including fully wrapped vehicles and custom-built experiential assets, turns heads in cities nationwide. And with a presence in 50+ markets, we bring campaigns to life across communities, cultures, and coasts.
Founded in 1998, Vector has grown from an OOH disruptor into a full-service platform built on data, creativity, and movement. We call it Marketing in Motion, an approach that blends storytelling and strategy to drive results across every channel we touch.
But what truly sets us apart is how we show up: as partners. With our clients. With our media partners. With each other. Through accountability, innovation, and shared ambition, we’re helping brands do more than reach people, we’re helping them move people.
What We Value

  • Accountability: Taking ownership of our actions, learning from mistakes, and earning trust through responsibility.
  • Growth: Supporting personal and professional development, knowing that when our team members thrive, the company thrives.
  • Excellence: Always striving for the best possible results and never settling for “good enough”.
  • Fun: Bringing energy, creativity, and joy into our work while celebrating our successes together.
Position Summary
Vector Media is looking for an enthusiastic Tech Specialist to join our Technology Team in a WFH/Remote capacity. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will help bridge the gap between our business ideas and our digital tools. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of a tech department under a CTO with 30 years of experience while specifically using AI and automation to help our team work smarter.
Pay Range Details: $60,000 – $65,000. The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
What You Are
  • A Curious Problem Solver: You enjoy technical puzzles and don't give up when you hit a "no." You’re the type of person who goes the extra mile to find a workaround.
  • AI & Tech-Savvy : You already use AI tools in your daily life and are excited to find new ways to apply them to work tasks.
  • A Digital Tinkerer: You love exploring new apps, reading through documentation, and figuring out how different software systems "talk" to each other.
  • An Emerging Bridge-Builder: You’re comfortable explaining technical things to non-tech people and vice versa.
What You’ll Bring
  • Foundational AI Interest: Daily experience using AI tools for research or simple tasks. You understand the basics of prompt engineering.
  • Coding Literacy: You don’t need to be a programmer, but you should be able to read and understand basic logic in Python, JSON, or HTML/CSS to help troubleshoot.
  • Exposure to Automation: Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) no-code tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Self-Starter Energy: You’re comfortable taking the initiative to build "proof of concepts" and exploring new platforms independently.
What You’ll Do
  • Support & Troubleshoot: Proactively research and test creative AI workarounds when standard software features don’t meet our needs.
  • Learn AI Integration: Use AI tools and integrations to help diagnose root causes and suggest automated fixes for manual workflows.
  • Assist with Integrations: Use your basic coding literacy to help read scripts and debug logic, ensuring our various apps work well together.
  • Identify Automation Opportunities: Help audit our current workflows to find manual tasks that could be simplified with tools like Zapier.
  • Assist our CTO: Work closely with our CTO to learn the ins and outs of running a high-impact technology department.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Function as a versatile technical backup, stepping in to manage help desk queues, resolve ticketing escalations, and provide catch-all support as required.
