What You’ll Do
- Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of WhereScape solutions across diverse environments, platforms, and customers.
- Provide hands-on data automation expertise, building custom field solutions as needed for unique customer environments.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customers adopt best practices and fully leverage WhereScape capabilities
- Partner with Support and Product to resolve complex, high-severity issues quickly and professionaly.
- Collaborate with Product to influence the roadmap based on real-world customer needs and feedback.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to support expansion and renewal opportunities by demonstrating value and execution excellence.
- Develop technical documentation, enablement materials, and repeatable delivery frameworks to improve scalability and consistency across engagements
- 3–7+ years architecting, building, and maintaining data warehouses or large-scale data environments.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platform technologies and methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills — ability to diagnose and solve complex data/environment issues under time pressure
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and business audiences.
- A customer-first mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and shared success.
- Experience with WhereScape’s suite of tools.
