The Technical Analyst, Oracle Cloud provides expertise in the support and maintenance of Oracle Cloud modules. Experience in product personalization, data integration, data conversion and report development are required.

As a Technical Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our cloud transformation program, working closely with business stakeholders to translate ideas into implementable, supportable designs. You will have the chance to run PaaS solutions like Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA, integrating them seamlessly with Oracle SaaS products. Your role will encompass developing, integrating, and implementing application components. Additionally, you will handle system configurations, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.

The Technical Analyst should have expertise in Oracle Fusion advanced tools such as OIC, data extracts, application security, JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and web services.

The role sometimes requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support period close activities, non-production refreshes, patches, and upgrades when needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute development, implementation and enhancements of technical components, capture & analyze business and system requirements, and administer Oracle, prepare technical specification documents, design solutions, prototype, tests.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to design and implement technical solutions, address performance gaps and technical debt, and develop high-level implementation plans while ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines.
  • Lead the development of Oracle Cloud integrations, reports, and applications, providing support throughout the entire project lifecycle with documentation.
  • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables to successful completion within the given timeframe and advise functional and business teams on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
  • Oversee Oracle Service Request management and escalate priority issues as needed.
  • Develop, enhance and support complex integrations using OICS, Web Services (REST/SOAP API), BIP/OTBI Reports, dashboards, extracts, error handling, SOAP services, Sandboxes etc.
  • Design and develop PaaS solutions and customizations using VBCS, Groovy, JavaScript and Oracle Apex.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient with minimum 5 years of techno-functional solution deployments on Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (SCM & Finance) and Integrations.
  • Over 8 years of industry experience with developments in Oracle implementations, rollouts, enhancement and Support on various Oracle platforms and modules.
  • Proven expertise in developing and supporting integrations of Oracle Cloud applications with third-party systems to enhance and streamline business processes.
  • Experience and familiarity with integrations using Groovy Script, PL/SQL, and FBDI/ADFDi, scheduler methods along with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Extensive experience with cross-track Oracle SCM and Finance touchpoints, coupled with expertise in designing reports using XML/BI Publisher.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B integrations using EDI on OpenText and Ariba Network.
  • Familiar with handling multiple currencies Oracle business processes.
  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud Technologies

  • Remote-based position located in the United States. Ideally EST or CST time zones.

The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

San Francisco Bay Area:

110,400 - 177,100 USD Annual

Select US Metros and States:

96,000 - 154,000 USD Annual

Other US Locations:

86,400 - 138,600 USD Annual
