Job Description:


We are seeking a talented Full Stack Architect proficient in React and Nodeto join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and exceed user expectations.


Responsibilities:


1. Architect, design, and implement scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using React and Node.js.
2. Lead the technical direction and strategy for web application development projects.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
4. Develop reusable components and libraries for use across multiple projects.
5. Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.
8. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Architect, with a focus on React and Node.js.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
4. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js and back-end frameworks like Express.js.
5. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
6. Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
10. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
