JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Business Developer is responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships for Fii's Networking and Power products. This role serves as a key interface between customers and Fii's engineering, product development, and business teams.
The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge, business development, and customer management skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements, develop appropriate solutions, and drive opportunities from initial engagement through RFQ, product qualification, and production.

JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Business Developer is responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships for Fii's Networking and Power products. This role serves as a key interface between customers and Fii's engineering, product development, and business teams.
The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge, business development, and customer management skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements, develop appropriate solutions, and drive opportunities from initial engagement through RFQ, product qualification, and production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and grow business opportunities for Networking and Power products, including new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key technical and business stakeholders.
- Understand customer product requirements, technology roadmaps, and business needs, and identify opportunities for Fii's products and solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance for WWAN and WLAN products, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams to address technical requirements, resolve issues, and develop appropriate product solutions.
- Work with engineering and product teams to develop technical solutions and customer proposals for Networking and Power applications.
- Lead customer opportunities through RFQ, quotation, product development, qualification, and production ramp.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and program objectives.
- Manage customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Support account planning, forecasting, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor customer and market trends to identify new business opportunities and support Fii's growth strategy.
- Networking: WWAN, WLAN/Wi-Fi, 4G/5G, connectivity and networking modules.
- Power: DC-DC power modules, 48V power architecture, IBC and power solutions for networking/data center applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical business development, sales, account management, project management, or a related customer-facing role in the electronics, wireless, networking, power, or EMS industry.
- Strong understanding of electronics and product development processes.
- Experience with WWAN/WLAN or networking products is highly preferred; power electronics experience is a plus.
- Strong customer relationship, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate customer technical requirements into product and business opportunities.
- English proficiency required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
