Job Title: Technical Customer Support Representative

Status: Part-time role with potential to transition to full-time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Technical Customer Support Representative to join our support team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customers receive prompt and effective support for all of our product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to both pre-sale and troubleshooting customer inquiries through ticketing systems, email or phone while providing clear and professional communication.
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software and network related issues.
  • Use remote tools and command-line utilities when needed to investigate technical issues
  • Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and customer communications within the ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when issues require escalation or further technical investigation.
  • Assist customers with basic system setup and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base resources.
  • Determine when a replacement part is needed based on troubleshooting and create warranty orders when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or any helpdesk environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Mastery of the English language - both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and local networks troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting products that include both hardware & software components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or similar technologies
  • Interest or experience in entertainment technology and gaming systems is a plus.
