We are looking for a self-motivated engineering leader to join our technical leadership team in the Advanced Compact Electronic Warfare Systems product line as a Technical Director. As a Technical Director, you will partner with our business development team and business area leads to engage with customers, and support development of technical solutions that meet our customer needs. The technical director will also lead architecture trade studies to support new business capture, respond to customer requests for information, and author white papers, and technical volumes for proposals.

Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of 12+ Years with BS
- Possess an Active US Government security clearance (with ability to possess TS)
- Technical leader (Chief Engineer, Project Engineering Manager, or equivalent)
- Experience in developing system architectures from concept to implementation
- Experience in capturing, documenting, and deriving requirements for RF systems
- Familiarity with RF system modeling tools and techniques
- Cross discipline experience integrating hardware, software, and firmware
- Experience in generating / presenting technical information to multi-tiered audiences, including internal leadership and customers
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or equivalent leading development of Electronic Warfare systems
- Experience leading development of Electronic Warfare, RADAR, Communications, and/or Missile systems Experience with EW and/or Radar and Missile Systems
- Experience with Model based systems engineering tools, such as DOORS and MagicDraw
- Experience leading RF transceiver development and test, with a focus on embedded systems integration and testing
- Experience working with defense customers and end users.
Pay Information
