What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:
The Technical Enablement Manager leads the strategy and execution of technical enablement programs for Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers. This role partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, PMM, SOC, and Support Teams to design and deliver technical onboarding, certifications, and labs that raise the technical credibility of Huntress in customer conversations. This role owns the technical enablement workstream, strategizes across functions, and ensures Sales Engineers and Technical Account Manager readiness scales with Huntress’ growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize with leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and PMM to identify and prioritize technical enablement workstreams
  • Work with the Sales Engineer leaders and other functions to enhance and update systems to automate workflows, leveraging AI to optimize operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional projects, provide direction, and keep stakeholders informed and aligned on product roadmaps and product release training
  • Deliver end-to-end programs such as Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers onboarding, certifications, advanced technical trainings, and a new global onboarding program that will scale with the hypergrowth of the global Sales Engineer and Technical Account Manager teams
  • Set and manage priorities for technical enablement independently, while contributing to broader enablement planning
  • Anticipate blockers in technical readiness and translate field insights into solutions
  • Maintain and evolve technical resources, work cross-functionally to plan/coordinate deliverables from Product Management/Systems Engineering on upcoming releases, and showcase new products and capabilities in our demo
  • Integrate technical enablement with Sales Acceleration initiatives and contribute to the global enablement calendar
  • Assist with sales-focused training where a technical Subject Matter Expert is needed
  • Gain a passionate understanding of “Why Huntress”: our cybersecurity products, our human-led SOC, our monthly educational webinars, and competitor offerings
  • Align to our core values of Own It, Elevate it, and Send it!

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of prior experience in a Technical Customer-Facing Role (Sales Engineering or Technical Account Management)
  • 3+ years directly designing and delivering technical enablement programs (onboarding, certifications, labs, demo environments)
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry and preferred familiarity with malware, threat intelligence, cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and PMM teams
  • Proven ability to create and scale certification programs or structured technical readiness pathways
  • Strong technical fluency in cybersecurity, SaaS infrastructure, familiarity with EDR/MDR products; able to translate and enable complex technical concepts into scalable enablement programs
  • Expertise in instructional design for technical learners (SEs, TAMs, solution consultants)
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills — able to lead cross-functional initiatives independently
  • Data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills with experience measuring training effectiveness and linking enablement programs to field outcomes
  • Strategic problem solver: anticipates challenges in technical adoption and builds proactive solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Gong, Mindtickle, LinkedIn, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.)

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
