Job Description

Information security is an integral part of Visa’s corporate culture. The successful incumbent will be part of Visa’s Business to Business Identity & Access Management team, which is part of the larger Cybersecurity organization. The B2B IAM team has a Global focus, and is responsive to an evolving threat landscape, regulatory compliance, IT security requirements and technology architecture. The B2B IAM team is responsible for secure access to business portals and associated services.

Essential Functions

  • Manage Agile release planning, and ensure clear communication and collaboration among the Product Owner and members of the Development team

  • Heavily collaboration across business and technology organizations, providing sound business analysis, process and change leadership within an Agile framework

  • Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and evolving environment, to drive delivery of solutions

  • Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure clear business requirements.

  • Communicate effectively and proactively with management ideas and recommendations for optimizing business operations, resources, and fixed capacity

  • Define needs, develop plans, coordinate resources, and implement action plans

  • Demonstrate your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts to meet all deadlines

  • Continually evaluate product capabilities and provide guidance to product roadmap and strategy

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
•2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
•Experience in product or project management
•Candidate has a PMP or equivalent project management certification and has knowledge of working in an agile environment
•Good familiarity with product management software tools, project management techniques, software development lifecycle in an e-commerce or web environment, scrum or agile experience
•SME Knowledge of project management principles and Agile development methodologies
•Good attention to details, ability to think analytically and independently
•Financial Institution Engagement is a plus
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management
•Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
•Hands-on experience with the day-to-day management of cross functional, global software development projects
•Knowledge of Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
•Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
•Meticulous follow-ups and follow-through of issues and actions to drive them to closure in a timely manner, Work closely with the Technical Development team to identify and communicate critical paths
•Manage and effectively deliver features committed to for the Release Train
•Support Product Owner in developing, maintaining, and grooming Product Backlog
•Collaborate with cross functional teams and build schedules and plans, Identifies and manages dependencies with other internal or external teams, Work with the Scrum team and with non-agile Visa teams to align deliverables

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800.00 to 149,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
