Job Overview:
The Technical Product Manager will lead research, development, and implementation for assigned product lines and growth initiatives. The Technical Product Manager will collaborate with the UI/UX designer on customer research and with the Marketing department to develop and implement go-to-market strategies. This position requires strong collaborative execution in the areas of product management, product plans, and partner relationships as well as technical understanding of hardware and API capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate ambiguous or conflicting inputs ( including technical documentation and/or 3rd party product capabilities or integrations) into precise requirements and action plans
- Execute against product strategy for integrations, APIs, and partnerships
- Partner with internal and external teams to deliver the product roadmap
- Prioritize customer experience throughout decision making
- Serve as Solutions Architect regarding supported integrations for Sales and Implementation
Job Functions and Duties:
- Act as subject matter expert for product areas and participate in product strategy development
- Research, document, and project manage feature requirements to deliver roadmap
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to facilitate SDLC and agile processes
- Partner with UX/UI Designer to conduct customer research and client interviews
- Review and maintain product data metrics to inform decision making
- Manage partner relationships including hardware, software, and service
- Maintain documentation and training of internal teams on new feature releases and integration capabilities
- Gather market data and customer feedback to inform product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building positive relationships across disciplines
- Provide sales and implementation support on integrations best practices
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to analyze business or technical problems to guide software development
- Proven history of quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to make presentations
- Ability to effectively balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills
- Experience translating technical requirements into feature sets
- Experience with SQL database querying, API interfaces, data architecture
- Experience in commercial digital signage, kiosk implementations, and/or complex audio visual hardware integration
Qualifications & Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Information systems, or technology concentration preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B Software Product Management, Project Management, or Technical Software Implementation role (or equivalent)
- Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.

- Total compensation range of $130,000-$150,000
