As a Technical Product Manager within our Product Management organization, you will help shape the future of cardiac safety solutions used in clinical trials around the world. Working at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and technology, you will drive the development of products that support the collection, management, and interpretation of cardiac data. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers to align product initiatives with portfolio strategy and long-term product vision.

  • Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and launch plans.

  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to define product architecture, user experiences, workflows, and innovative capabilities across Cardiac Safety solutions.

  • Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear, evidence-based requirements while balancing technical debt, architecture, and new feature development.

  • Lead cross-functional release planning, launch readiness activities, and continuous improvement efforts while serving as a subject matter expert across the organization.

What We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, medicine, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience.

  • Experience within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or clinical trials environments.

  • Full product lifecycle experience, including product planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable guidance for technical teams.

  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to design user and data workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers and incorporate user feedback into product decisions.

  • Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives and align activities with strategic business objectives.

  • Experience influencing diverse stakeholder groups and leading cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills in agile environments.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require.

  • Experience managing medical devices that acquire physiological signals used for monitoring or diagnosis, such as ECG systems.
