The Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong experience leading large-scale infrastructure and capacity management initiatives across complex technical environments.

This role requires someone who can confidently partner with senior client stakeholders, drive operational excellence, improve capacity planning processes, and lead cross-functional technical programs from strategy through execution.

This is not a generic project management role. The strongest candidates have experience owning production systems, managing technical capacity planning, driving process improvements, and influencing both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver measurable operational outcomes.

What You'll DoCapacity Planning & Operational Excellence
  • Own capacity management and forecasting processes across complex technical environments

  • Drive continuous improvements to planning, documentation, and operational workflows

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities before they impact delivery

  • Develop scalable processes that improve operational efficiency

  • Ensure capacity planning aligns with business priorities and technical requirements

Technical Program Management
  • Lead end-to-end technical initiatives across multiple teams

  • Coordinate engineering efforts to deliver complex programs successfully

  • Drive execution while balancing competing priorities

  • Track program health, risks, dependencies, and milestones

  • Partner with technical teams to support architecture and implementation decisions

Client Leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders

  • Build trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery

  • Lead status reviews, planning sessions, and executive updates

  • Resolve delivery issues proactively while maintaining customer confidence

  • Identify opportunities to expand engagement and create additional client value

Technical Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering teams on technical planning and execution

  • Translate business goals into actionable technical programs

  • Support technical decision-making with data and operational insights

  • Help prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and delivery risk

  • Contribute to operational improvements across engineering organizations

What We're Looking ForNon-Negotiables
  • 5-10+ years managing complex technology programs

  • Experience leading end-to-end technical initiatives

  • Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience

  • Demonstrated experience with capacity planning and forecasting

  • Experience improving operational processes at scale

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences

  • Experience working alongside engineering teams on technical delivery

  • Previous ownership of production systems or large operational environments

Important: Candidates with strong project management experience but limited technical depth, production ownership, or capacity management experience will not be considered.
