We are seeking an experienced Technical
Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional cloud and platform
programs across our enterprise SaaS environment. This role will drive
end-to-end execution of complex infrastructure and application initiatives,
partnering with Cloud Operations, DevOps, Engineering, Product, Customer
Success, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery, operational
excellence, and strong customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on program
leader with strong technical depth in cloud platforms, demonstrated experience
managing high-impact multi-track programs, and the ability to communicate
effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Program Leadership and Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of
complex cloud, infrastructure, and platform programs.
- Define program scope, roadmap,
milestones, success criteria, and delivery governance.
- Drive execution across multiple
parallel workstreams with clear ownership and accountability.
- Track dependencies, risks,
issues, decisions, and mitigation plans across teams.
- Coordinate across Cloud
Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Application Engineering,
Product Management, Customer Success, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment,
decision-making, and prioritization across technical and non-technical
teams.
- Identify and remove blockers
proactively to maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure program execution aligns
with business priorities, customer commitments, and operational readiness.
- Develop and maintain detailed
program plans, timelines, resource models, and delivery schedules.
- Manage sprint planning, release
milestones, deployment windows, environment sequencing, and cutover plans.
- Coordinate release readiness,
go/no-go reviews, hypercare planning, and transition to steady-state
operations.
- Drive post-implementation
reviews and continuous improvement actions.
- Identify program risks early and drive mitigation
strategies to reduce delivery, operational, and customer impact.
- Lead structured issue
resolution across multiple teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive
situations.
- Manage scope changes, impact
assessments, dependency changes, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain clear visibility into
program health, trade-offs, escalation paths, and decision points.
- Provide regular program status updates to leadership,
including milestone progress, key risks, issues, dependencies, and
financial or operational impact.
- Create concise executive
dashboards and program communications for senior stakeholders.
- Partner with customer-facing
teams to align program timelines, readiness expectations, and
communication plans.
- Ensure transparent
communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- 8–12 years of experience in
Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Cloud
Operations, DevOps, or a related technical delivery role.
- Proven experience managing
large-scale cloud, infrastructure, platform, or enterprise SaaS programs.
- Strong understanding of cloud
platforms, preferably AWS, including compute, storage, networking,
identity and access management, and deployment patterns.
- Experience coordinating
complex, multi-team, multi-environment programs with strict timelines and
dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps
delivery practices, release management, deployment governance, and
operational readiness.
- Excellent executive
communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and escalation
management skills.
Cloud infrastructure concepts including compute,
storage, networking, IAM, security, availability, and resiliency.
DevOps and automation tools
such as Jenkins, Terraform, Git, Ansible, or similar technologies
Container and orchestration
platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Monitoring, observability,
incident management, and release operations practices.
Application architecture,
deployment patterns, environment management, and production readiness
frameworks.
Preferred
QualificationsExperience in enterprise SaaS, multi-tenant platforms,
or customer-facing production environments.
Background in Cloud Operations,
Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or Infrastructure
Engineering
Experience supporting cloud
transitions, modernization initiatives, migration programs, or
transformation efforts
Certifications such as AWS,
PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar credentials.
