The ideal candidate is a hands-on program leader with strong technical depth in cloud platforms, demonstrated experience managing high-impact multi-track programs, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership and Execution

  • Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, success criteria, and delivery governance.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate across Cloud Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Application Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and business stakeholders.

  • Manage sprint planning, release milestones, deployment windows, environment sequencing, and cutover plans.
  • Coordinate release readiness, go/no-go reviews, hypercare planning, and transition to steady-state operations.
  • Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement actions.
Risk, Issue, and Change Management
  • Identify program risks early and drive mitigation strategies to reduce delivery, operational, and customer impact.
  • Lead structured issue resolution across multiple teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
  • Manage scope changes, impact assessments, dependency changes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain clear visibility into program health, trade-offs, escalation paths, and decision points.
Stakeholder and Executive Communication
  • Provide regular program status updates to leadership, including milestone progress, key risks, issues, dependencies, and financial or operational impact.
  • Create concise executive dashboards and program communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to align program timelines, readiness expectations, and communication plans.
  • Ensure transparent communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or a related technical delivery role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale cloud, infrastructure, platform, or enterprise SaaS programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including compute, storage, networking, identity and access management, and deployment patterns.
  • Experience coordinating complex, multi-team, multi-environment programs with strict timelines and dependencies.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps delivery practices, release management, deployment governance, and operational readiness.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and escalation management skills.

  • Effective risk mitigation, issue resolution, and dependency management.
  • Strong system stability and operational readiness during major releases, transitions, and deployments.
  • High stakeholder confidence through clear communication, disciplined execution, and predictable delivery.
