Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Cloud Transformation)

Experience: 12–15 Years
Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid
Language Requirement: Native Japanese (Mandatory) + English

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud transformation and migration programs. The role involves managing multiple cloud initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating across global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale cloud transformation, migration, and consulting projects

  • Plan, track, and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables

  • Drive execution across multiple projects, ensuring delivery on-time and within budget

  • Coordinate with clients, offshore teams, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Lead data center to cloud migration initiatives

  • Conduct regular project/program reviews and status reporting to leadership

  • Manage governance processes and reporting cadence

  • Track schedule and cost variance across projects

  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution

  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment



Requirements

Primary Skills (Mandatory)

Core Technical & Functional Skills

  • Proven experience in executing large-scale cloud migration and transformation programs

  • Strong background in project/program management within cloud environments

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Cloud technologies

    • Data center migration to cloud

    • Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networking)

    • Virtualization

Secondary Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Experience working under tight deadlines and handling escalations

  • Ability to manage governance, reporting, and leadership communication

Tools & Technologies (Good to Have)

  • Azure DevOps (ADO) or other project management tools

  • Azure Cloud and public cloud platforms

  • Database and networking knowledge

  • Virtualization technologies

Certifications (Preferred)

  • PMP / PRINCE2

  • Agile certifications

  • Other program management certifications

Additional Requirements

  • Must be a native Japanese speaker (mandatory requirement)

  • Ability to join immediately preferred
